Thanks to a tip from iDeismFounder, we have a new feature on the board that makes adding Youtube videos a lot more elegant. When you post a new topic you will see an additional button under the Bold and italics buttons.
How do you use it? If you hover your cursor over the button, it will reveal the syntax.
It gives the example: Insert YouTube Video ID# – Example: Hue_h4nsi[/ youtube]. In the example "Hue_h4nsi" represents the Youtube ID#. You want only the ID number. You may see a lot more in the Youtube URL such as "http://www.youtube.com/v/5aTxBK3xgNo&hl=en_US&fs=1". If so, don't include the ampersand or anything following it. Put just the ID# between the [/ youtube] tags.
For instance, if you look at the URL for stretmediq's new video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0BXWM3QD1n8 , it is easy to see that the ID is "0BXWM3QD1n8". Click the "youtube" button and paste the ID# between the tags:
Had to see if I could get it to work. This is my cousin with his '51 Henry J. His Dad originally built it around '62 or '63. It got the puke yellow paint-job in the early '70's and been unchanged since then. He takes it to a lot of "Nostalgia" races.
