Lately I have been seing a psychologist who is helping me with certain issues. Last time I so him he did clinical hypnotherapy. It worked well and as a result I ordered two books and some cd's on Self Hypnosis from book depository uk were they don't charge for delivery world wide and were you can also get Chuck's Deist so that's what I am. It is still early to say if it wil totaly get rid of my problem(the one you can get rid of, for example you can't get rid of scizhophrenia). However the results I got were very very good so far. I have also been doing self hyphosis and the results were still pretty good. So yeah, so far so good. In case some of you know anything about it please let us know.

I've tried self-hypnosis without success. I have never been hypnotized by anyone else. I do believe it has real benefits.
